When the view from the window is too beautiful to be hidden by a hood, the Rise by Elica is the ideal solution. Rise is completely concealed in the countertop when not in use. But when it's time to cook, the Rise rises 14 inches above the countertop, nearly twice the height of competing models, for improved ventilation efficiency. Additionally, Elica has added perimeter suction technology that increases suction by 35% and effectively draws air from the front burner to create the best downdraft ventilation hood available. Rise is equipped with a powerful internal motor of 600 CFM controlled by an electronic rotary button that is flush with the countertop or cabinet door. For maximum versatility, the motor can be moved to the opposite side to create space for a freestanding stove.
