This induction range features 5 powerful heating zones with a maximum power of 3700 watts. The heating zones on the right side can be bridged to create a larger cooking surface. Each induction zone is controlled from buttons and has a convenient interface on the glass surface. A large removable cast iron cooking griddle is included. The self-cleaning oven with 5.7 cubic feet is the largest in its class, with a dual convection fan for balanced airflow and uniform cooking and roasting at 7 rack levels. The elegant digital gauge allows for precise temperature control of the oven during preheating, roasting, and baking, and includes built-in controls for the food temperature probe. The extra-large electric grill with optional convection is ideal for high-temperature grilling and searing. The oven features practical characteristics such as telescopic slides for the oven racks and soft-close doors. The edge-to-edge glass door of the oven maximizes interior volume and can be cleaned effortlessly. This range is equipped with an air frying mode for healthier cooking, to be used with the included stainless steel mesh basket.
