Flame and temperature detection automatically turns on and adjusts the fan speed during cooking and turns it off after cooking. Other features include EXO Mode™ technology, delayed shut-off, and three-level lighting. Our exclusive ECO Mode™ uses very little energy to turn on the fan in QuietMode™ for ten minutes every hour to refresh the air.
