Excelsior covers you against ANY accidental stains on the upholstery with a prepaid 10* year service plan
10 (ten) years cleaning for stains. Repair and replacement services are limited to 5 (five) years. See terms and conditions for details.The total combined period of the plan and the original manufacturer's warranty will not exceed 5 (five) years.

4. Stain removal

The first 5 years:

We will send a technician to clean the stain. If the stain persists, we will repair the furniture. If the repair is impossible, we will replace it!

After 5 years:

We will send a technician to do a stain removal only, for another five years.

The service experience begins on the date your new furniture is delivered to your homeof your new furniture to your home against ALL STAINS, including applicableincluding applicable premium coverage.- To qualify for service, claims must be reportedwithin 14 days of the incident causing the stain.- Stains caused by misuse, abuse or intentional nature are excluded andintentional nature are excluded and are not eligible for service.- The maximum liability of the service plan is the original purchase price,less applicable taxes, for the stained or defective item only,as shown on the invoice.- Service is provided only for the stained item and does not cover the cleaning, repair orcleaning, repair or replacement of "pairs" or "sets" of furniture purchasedof furniture purchased at the same time as the stained item.- Stains caused by corrosives or general soiling that do not show up within 24 hoursnot show up within 24 hours are not eligible for service.- The ALL SPOTS SERVICE experience does not cover damage, defects or inherentor inherent characteristics of any kind; other than those listed above.those listed above. Damage (other than stains) caused byby animals, especially on leather/leatherette upholstery, are excluded and are notexcluded and are not eligible for service.- For engine component coverage, we offer our customers full parts and laborfull parts and labor service to our customers for a total of 5 years (including5 years (including the manufacturer's warranty period), in addition to the legallegal warranty. The legal warranty applies to Quebec residents.- Repairs or replacements due to (a) defective metal frame components for(a) defective metal frame components for moveable furniture or (b) due to misuse(b) due to misuse, mishandling or abuse of any kind are excluded andare excluded and are not eligible for service.- Furniture with or without motorized components used for non-residential use is not eligible for service.residential use are not eligible for service.- Service is not provided for loss or damage resulting from failure to performresulting from failure to perform the manufacturer's recommended maintenancemanufacturer; and loss or damage resulting from external causes such as,but not limited to, battery packs, faulty wiring, power failure, fire, floodpower failure, fire, flood, windstorm, hail, lightning, earthquake, thefttheft, misuse or abuse and connection to other products.- Repair, replacement or cleaning of batteries, light bulbsfilters, shelves, drawers, cables or any added devices or peripherals are notdevice or peripheral added are not eligible or included in this servicethis service experience.- All software and data recovery is not covered by this service experience.this service experience.- The total combined period of the service experience and the original manufacturer's warrantymanufacturer's warranty will not exceed five (5) years, excluding stains.- The duration of the service plan on all applicable remotes is limited to 1 (one) year after an operationallimited to 1 (one) year after operational failure due to defects in materials or workmanshipquality of materials or workmanship and does not cover improper use, batteriesbatteries or preventable damage.- If the owner of the service experience requires in-home service andthe Plan Owner fails to keep the home service appointmentthe Planholder will be responsible for payment of the service call, based on industry ratesindustry rates in effect at the time of the service call.
